Base

Base projects contains utility classes and extensions to be used in OPS4J projects. Details can be found in project's JavaDoc.
In order to minimize dependencies and improve modularity Base project is split in very fine grained jars as follows:

• base-lang — Utilities/Extensions related to java.lang
• base-monitors — Utilities/Extensions related to monitoring
• base-net — Utilities/Extensions related to network access/usage
• base-util — Utilities/Extensions related to environment, i18n and mime types
• base-util-collections — Utilities/Extensions related to collections
• base-util-property — Utilities/Extensions related to resolving properties from different sources
• base-io — Utilities/Extensions related to handling streams and files
• base-util-xml — Utilities/Extensions related to XML parsing and access
• base-all — the uber bundle with all from base

All jars are OSGi R4 Bundles.

Master POM 1.0.6 and OPS4J Base 1.2.2 released!

As a prerequisite for releasing the upstream projects Pax Exam and Pax Runner the following projects have been released:

OPS4J Master 1.0.6

• this is a root pom project. this "release" mostly added stable plugin versions.
• it also makes the latest version available on central again (1.0.5 was not available on central for some reason)

OPS4J Base 1.2.2

• Bugfix http://issues.ops4j.org/browse/BASE-20

Both releases a generally available through Maven Central.
