Description

I just found different groupId naming conventions within techne.

To fix the most urgent confusion we agree on using groupId=org.ops4j.techne and artifact=techne.cf (example for techne.cf)
groupId and Version is to be inherited from parent pom.

More advanced solutions may be discussed here and implemented.
But we should make a final consense very soon. (probably the initial "fix" (first checkin with this task) takes it already)

just checked in the consense solution (as written above).
